One of the most promising energy carrier for decarbonisation, hydrogen shall be produced, distributed, stocked and utilized.
µCD products play a role within the entire value chain of hydrogen:
- Production: µCD micro-channeled plates can be utilized as bipolar plate, ensuring optimal effectiveness with reactants delivery and by-products removal, without appreciable investments for any specific required geometry.
- Distribution: compressed hydrogen refilling stations for 700 bar tanks require very high pressure and high efficienty heat exchangers in compression states and in the delivery unit, where hydrogen is fed at >800 bar at -40°C.
